About to start clinical soon and have been going back and forth between the Mac & Miller blades on the simulation mannequins. I have a slight preference with the Miller blade, but fell like I am going to do some damage to the central incisors based on the simulations thus far.

What blade are you using now and why? What were you using when you were an SRNA and how long until you felt "comfortable" with that blade? Did you ever switch once done with school or ever in your practice? Or certain scenarios were you prefer something else?

I have read my text books and lecture notes, but would to hear from some CRNAs before entering the OR.
