Arthrex offers a wide variety of solutions in our ankle fracture portfolio, including titanium plating options. Plate offerings include locking third tubular plates, 3.5 mm reconstruction plates, and the locking distal fibular plate. Each plate is designed for use with the Syndesmosis TightRope® XP implant and includes a compression hole in the proximal shaft of the plate. The distal fibular plate also includes 3.0 mm variable-angle locking screws distally and suture eyelets for the addition of the AITFL InternalBrace™ ligament augmentation procedure.

The InternalBrace surgical technique is intended only to augment the primary repair/reconstruction by expanding the area of tissue approximation during the healing period and is not intended as a replacement for the native ligament.
