My eyes are pretty badly maladjusted; Im using a -5.5 prescription, which leaves me at roughly 20/25 vision with glasses. With contact lenses, however, its more like 20/10. So, clearly Id like to use contact lenses...

I cant, apparently. Ive got a set of dailies, and they mostly work, but they basically fall out after six hours. My eyes dry out easily at the best of times, and lenses just dont seem to work on them. I sometimes use them for detailed stuff like modelling, though, when I dont need to wear them long.

Is there anything I can do about that? Or, given that I do sometimes have dry eyes, should I not even bother trying? ...
