I know exactly how you are feeling, got my first eye done in July, for 4 days I climbed the wall with pain but after that it settled down and I was OKish.  I too deliberated about getting my other eye done but the optician said the cataract could get worse and lead to blindness, still deliberated, then decided to go ahead.  The sight in both eyes is fine, well so far and the second eye was done in August but I do have symptoms ie slight distortion down the side of my eye, my eyes feel a little heavy all the time but I dont use drops now at all so maybe I should and that might help.  But as I said my sight is OK and cant say im happy to live with the symptoms but it is better than having the cataracts[1] cause my vision before the ops wasnt good.
