Our E-resource subscriptions and purchases are available to those affiliated to the College and there is a process of authentication. You may be requested to enter your Queen Mary username and password.

For General problems with your Queen Mary user name and password, (usually those that effect access to QMplus, email and resources), should be reported to the IT Helpdesk[1], phone 8888 or email[2].

On-campus:

For most e-resources on-campus authentication is seamless, resources will know you are accessing via the College network and allow access.

A few will still require you to enter your Queen Mary username and password and you will be prompted to do so. For others you may need to register or use the login on the platform page.
