As part of our commitment to sustainability, I-MED Radiology is phasing out the use of paper invoices with SMS (mobile text message) invoice delivery system.  

Once an invoice is ready for payment, I-MED Accounts will send a secure link via text message to the mobile number registered on the patient account. This link will enable access to the patient account, allowing the patient to view, download and manage payments online. 

Upon first-time access, patients will be required to create a password to access their online payment system thereafter. This password should be at least eight characters long with at least one upper case letter, number and special character. 

Please note, only limited sites are set up with electronic invoice delivery. Over 2023 and 2024, more sites will continue to replace paper invoices with electronic SMS ...
