In what cases does the warranty not apply?

Problems that are caused by overuse, abuse, misuse, unauthorized transformation, foreign intervention, foreign repair or assembly (inspection proves), improper storage, industrial use, elemental damage, external factors such as contaminations, liquid and nasal discharge in the engine compartment, current fluctuations, damages due to Act of God and failure to follow the instructions described in the User manual, or improper cleaning and maintenance are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is not valid in the event of damage, illegibility or lack of markings, serial number, labels or inscriptions which are there for the identification of the product. In case any correction, deletion, overwriting or incorrect data is registered on the warranty card, the warranty card is invalid, and therefore the warranty does not apply.
