この1X Red Blood Cell（RBC）Lysis Bufferは、脾臓などのマウス造血組織およびヒト末梢血の単一細胞懸濁液中の赤血球を最適に溶解できるように調製されています。このバッファーは塩化アンモニウムを含有し、所定の手順で使用することで、リンパ球への影響を最小限に抑えながら赤血球を溶解します。有核赤血球細胞は、塩化アンモニウムでは効果的に溶解されません
